New to BDO

Hey all, new to BDO, looking for general info. I've played multiple mmo rpgs, so I'm looking for general BDO tips and tricks. Leveling, gearing, what's your favorite thing to do? I like getting totally immersed in a game and this looks like the right journey for me to take so let me know your opinions on anything from class selection to endgame goals.
