Practical Logistics 2 unusable on 1.10.2

Having many issues with this mod as of right now. Broken items are not returned to you except for data cables. Wrench does not do anything, in any mode, except break the item.

Anybody else having issues? I filed a bug report as of this morning. Forge 2422 right now and rolling it back did not help.
