Juke Nimso RS - seats question...

I like how the Juke looks and drives, but the 2014 Nimso RS has some annoying seats.

I'm a larger than average fellow (both height and weight) and it really was one thing that stood out to me -- the "fins", for lack of a better term, on the sides of the seat... just are annoying getting in/out of car.

I get the idea of them. Varoom.. varoom.. hard corner, the seat keeps you seated better. Sure. But... in a typical day's driving that's not really something I worry about.

Do folks get used the fins?

I'm pondering if there's a way to take them off...
