Gluten Free Tortillas?

Hi trailmeals folks!

I'm writing to know if anyone knows of GF tortillas that are shelf stable. I'm going on a month long hike with my GF best friend, and I'm not sure where else to turn. Most of my lunches consist of tortillas and peanut butter or tortillas and salmon or some variation of tortillas.

We've done shorter hikes before and just taken Rudi's Tortillas or whatever corn tortilla we can find at the supermarket. This time though we need to mail our food ahead of time and it will be sitting in warehouses for about a month before we arrive.

Any suggestion for shelf stable tortillas (or pita or something similar)? Chips aren't the best option since we will be putting all food in bear canisters and chips will get crushed.

Any suggestions would be great!
