Lone Echo settings for 1070

What are you 1070 users using? I'm on high settings with super sampling left at 1.0. Using anything higher causes really noticeable stutters every few seconds which is apparent whenever Olivia moves. I'm on any i5 6400. Is this game cpu bound? The visuals are still gorgeous at 1.0. But would like to know if there is something worth turning down to boost super sampling.
