Muffler Delete

Alright guys, I have a '16 SE Race Red Hatch and I would like to do a muffler delete. I've heard people that love it and some that hate it. Throw out your opinions, I'd prefer an explanation too behind it. Reason for doing this over a cat back is because I'm young and can't really afford to purchase a $500. Thanks guys!
