Looking for a high quality, trust worthy dog groomer!

I recently had a bad experience when I picked my dog up from his regular dog groomer, and I'm looking for a new place to take him! Has anybody had good experiences? I just want a place where I can trust that they know what they're doing and that they're going to be gentle and kind to my dog. Price doesn't matter. He is a shih tzu so if anyone specifically has a groomer they take a shih tzu or similar dog to that they like that would be amazing. Anywhere in general Pittsburgh area is good!
