I made a playlist about being an addict.

Cuttooth - The person is currently very depressed and just wants to be alone. They have thoughts of running away far from everybody. As long as they can find some release.

Bangers + Mash - the person goes out partying, making friends that will give them fun nights. Gets addicted to a drug. (Most likely an upper)

4 Minute Warning - The person is well into their addiction, their family has abandoned them, they feel they have no one to turn to. They are in denial, and whished they would have savored their family's time with them while it lasted. This is a very lost, sad time for them.

I Am a Wicked Child - The character has finally admitted they have a problem, although they might not entirely believe it. Whatever they can say to feel like they are climbing their way out of the hole. They turn to religion, only out of sheer desperation. They look back in resentment to what they have done and have seem to stuck themselves in their past.

I Am Citizen Insane - Things feel great. They are on what's referred to as a "sober trip". (At least where I live that's what its referred to as) The feel very strongly and emotionally that they will break out of their addiction and the mindset that fuels it. Anything they can latch on to will do for them, they just want communication, they want closure.

Palo Alto - This is the person's alibi. This is the facade they present to the Sunday school moms and such. This what they want you think, this is what they want to believe, but there are still holes to be patched and there are still resentments deep, deep inside.

I Promise - this is what the person says to their parents. They want them to be proud. The family is wrong for abandoning the person whenever they turn to their addiction, but the person doesn't know any better.

Fog (The studio version) - As Palo Alto and I Promise explain their outer shells, Fog explains the inner shell. The thoughts, feelings, and resentments he has. He remenisces on his childhood and his addiction. The character will soon break down and wonder: "Why Him?".

Gagging Order - They are currently in a relapse and don't care anymore. Life is meaningless, their parents haven't learned, and all the Sunday school moms have their pre-conceived notions. They look at them with disgust, as do most of the people that knew them yester-year. The character falls to their weakness, and hopes that they won't eventually end up homeless or dead.

At this point, the story loops over, leaving Gagging Order to lead into Cuttooth and so on.

I hope you guys like the flow of the playlist as well. I tried to really make it feel like a Radiohead EP of sorts.
