Schedule and two weeks notice conflict?

I'm planning on putting in my two weeks next Friday but I'm concerned about what will happen if it conflicts with my schedule for that last week. I'm putting down my last day as the 10th (a Thursday) so what happens if I'm scheduled for the Friday and Saturday after that? Am I required to work those days even though they're after my last day? Or are they just put up on the swap list for people to take?

Side note: My Target posts their schedules on Thursday, but it doesn't show up online until Friday. I'm not working next Thursday so I won't know my schedule for that last week until I go in for work that day.
