best places for wifi, free and paid

I live near the duck pond in Ftn City... my favorite places right now are Casual Pint Fountain City which is in the chop house / taco bell shopping plaza. This is my goto wifi hotspot... i mean, it has beer! beer and wifi... idk if it gets much better then that. the wifi here is Open and blazing fast. like downloaded a 1.5g linux distro in under 3 minutes fast.

second spot I like for wifi is Kbrew... but all the hipsters and fashionable people make me want to run screaming.

any other good ideas? i like air conditioning, electrical outlets and dark places.
