P21 Safety?

I've got a nasal spray of P21 from Ceretropic in my fridge. I got it without being sure that I was actually gonna take it.

If you know anything at all about P21, have ever used it (preferably in nasal form because of what happened to some Longecity users when they used Cerebrolosyin nasally and yes I know P21 is fundamentally different), please give your opinion. I'd really appreciate it. I've read everything I can find about P21, and I'm still not sure of the chances of brain damage or immunogenicity. I have, however, talked to u/MisterYouAreSoDumb about it and he doesn't really seem worried by it at all.
