Discs not delivered, what to do?

Ordered 5 P2's from a reputable website that I have ordered from many times without issue. I got tracking notification yesterday that they were placed in the mailbox. Arrive home excited, check the mail and nothing!

Contacted the company this morning and have yet to hear back. Do I just wait? Contact USPS? What have you guys done in this situation? I want my new putters damnit!!!
