[TOMT] MOVIE: lady ghost snatches kid from her bed and jumps off a cliff into the ocean

It's NOT the movie Mama I'm thinking of. Back in the late 80s or early 90s (89-95) I remember watching a movie on tv about a lady ghost who was haunting a house. The house was on a cliff. Towards the end of the movie the lady entered the home, ringed the sleeping kid (like 9 years old?) and floated/walked of the cliff and crashed into the water. It may possibly be Lady in White, but watching it isn't clicking. Is there another movie similar?
