Not gonna be able to finish in time :(

I started my journey to the dark tower in February of this year, I am almost finished with Wolves of the Calla but dont think I will be able to finish SoS or TDT prior to the film's release, do you think it wise not to go see it before finishing the novels?

The ending hasnt been spoiled for me yet so I think I should just wait.
