Is there a way to block messages with a specific content?

I am repeatedly getting messages all of a sudden that all have pretty much the exact same content. The content is the name of the former owner, the city I grew up in, and a shortened link. Every message comes from a completely different (and almost certainly spoofed) number.

I have a Iphone 4 on Verizon. I've seen some way to block numbers coming from computers, but I do actually use some of those text messages - a lot of medical stuff uses them. I've been using this number for almost a decade so I don't want to give it up. I'm just tired of getting these spammy texts.
