Thinking about coming back.

On release I snagged myself a PS4 and play NMS for about a month before I really got disenfranchised with the game like many others. Sold the off the PS4 (Xbone User) and moved on. I recently played the Destiny 2 Beta and have been underwhelmed with the lack of change... so I'm thinking I won't be putting my time in D2, and I've been just dreaming of exploring again like when I first started NMS. I've heard a lot of good things about the updates for NMS and I've been playing around with trying to get cheap PS4 from somewhere and playing again. I'm looking for some opinions from folks, maybe someone who has went down a similar road. Do you think it's worth it to come back?
