Bought founders pack on XB1, can't play

Initially, had to hard reset Xbox 4 times to get it to launch.

Then, when it launched, asked me to sign up for an Epic account (a request which I obliged). Game crashed.

Hard reset my box AGAIN, stuck on an infinite loading screen titled: "Tutorial" goes on to say "starting tutorial mission" with the loading circular rotating signal.

30 minutes later, still loading? Did any of you have similar issues? I purchased almost four hours ago and have yet to even maneuver a character or go beyond the first loading screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled before taking any of the aforementioned measures. All help is appreciated!
