Identification Question

Hey all,

Amateur stargazer here with toddler-esque credentials. I'm taking a course for my college and trying to better my ability to identify stuff, but I have nil in terms of confidence thus far. Last night I was stargazing on Mount Hood in Oregon and studied a trio of prominent stars which, as of 1030, were at about 55-60 degrees NNE and the lowest of these was about 60 degrees above the horizon. At the time, I thought this might by Cygnus, but looking at the starchart I'm using for reference now I'm very doubtful. Is that a feasible position for it?
