Inferno TECH Prayer flicking 100% PROTEC

At 12:00 the guy is flicking range/mage protection without caring about enemy's attacks.

So he's succesfully mixing both prayers, getting 100% range prot and 100% range prot, while making that ranger and mage stuck behind the pilar look like a joke.

Apparently it takes skill, and one fuck up means you break up the effect and might get hurt.

Can anyone here do it? I don't seem to success at it when testing on some npcs.

Is that tech exclusive for inferno npcs or what?
