Job application for investment company (Too good to be true) is it scam?

I received an email about a job opportunity from this company DSZ Investment AG in Switzerland and the HR person said that my resume was given to her from a recruiting agency. She also said my CV is very impressive (highly unlikely since I dont have any investment experience and im a fresh grad). She gave me employment application to fill it up. Im unsure about this because I've read similar cases regarding similar companies. the company has a profile in Bloomberg https://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/private/people.asp?privcapId=20479801

Note that I submitted my old resume to only one recruitment agency. The old resume had nothing about my interest in investment and finance so Im puzzled as to how she thinks Ill be a good fit for an investment position.

Please help me figure out if this is scam! :( I don't wanna miss on a great opportunity !
