[DAO Spoilers] Bugged Epilogue, affects DA2?

I just finished playing my epic quest as a female Cousland who ended up ruling with Alistair and persuaded him to go through the ritual. However, my epilogue is INSANELY bugged. The game is somehow telling me Anora became queen alone and there's black screens everywhere and the sprites keep randomly moving around and no slideshow, no coronation, I'm just stuck in the Landsmeet chambers. It's karma for using so many mods, I guess, but they made the game much better for me so no regrets.

Except now, I can't really play Awakening. Fine. But even more depressing, is that I don't want to play DA2 with such a messed up world state. Would my DAO epilogue indicate that if I tried to import that save into DA2, all my end-game decisions would be wrong? Everything worked fine through the Archdemon battle - Alistair gave the gates speech and everything.
