Awesome/Easy Proposed Muriel Buff

Muriel is my favorite hero but lately I feel like she has fallen behind on her ability to support the team compared to other options we have now.

Here is my super easy change/buff I feel would really make her a more competitive pick.

Passive: After X seconds out of combat Muriel will take flight and gain X movement speed increase.

They could re implement her awesome travel mode animations, and it would fit into her character design and utilize her wings again being a highly mobile support.

What do you all think?
