Cant get time egg 3

I progressed the guru quest until the point where you get your stat cap raised. however, during the animation i disconnected from servers, and now guru has a questionmark above his head, but talking to him does nothing. nail is just standing around and im not getting any new quests. can i fix this somehow or am i just fucked?
