ESEA: How the point system works when trying to get into "Rank G"

As far as I know the only way to see how many points or rank you are on the A+ leader board is to be in the top 100 magically. So as far as my question, how do I determine my "Score"? Is the only way to make Rank G to play 150+ PUGs a month (Can anyone who needs to have a job even accomplish that? lol)?
