Going to first carbine course, thoughts on kneepads?

Not sure if this is really the appropriate place, but since this is for a Carbine course I figured what the hell

It's recommend that I bring kneepads for the course. Anyone have any recommendations? I'm not hugely interested in investing some high speed ones from LBT or something, since I have no idea how many courses I'll be going to in the future.
