Is there a way to have your background cropped of a group picture for your steam profile?

Sorry for my poor english. I want the groups replaced as the same as my background, example: https://gyazo.com/ffbd3c1a0f0ecb19e641bb98cce927db

I am willing to remove groups, yes.
