I am a new believer. Where do I start?

Hi guys, I'm not really sure how to go about this, however I will try my best to explain myself.

I am a 17 year old girl, and I have been agnostic for the past 17 years. I have always been fairly interested in religion, especially Christianity, however I have never fully taken it seriously. One of my close friends is a Christian, but I have never talked to her much about it, and a girl I vaguely know from my school is also a Christian.

I have now started to believe in God and Jesus Christ, and me and my boyfriend have talked about potentially going to a church service sometime, as he is also interested in seeing what it's like and what it's all about.

I don't own any Bibles or anything like that, and I am extremely uncertain on where to even go from here. I want to begin to take Christianity seriously, but I'm not sure what to do.. help?
