Kratom is a double-edged sword for me...
I am so thankful I discovered kratom, but sometimes I wonder if it is worth it. I'll explain...
I have chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and depression. I've had these conditions for a couple decades now. Kratom helps with all of them. I almost exclusively use whites or greens and my sweet spot is usually around a 5g dose which lasts me most of the day. It doesn't make me feel like a "normal" human, but enough that I can accomplish things I normally couldn't.
So what happens is, after about a month, I notice the effects waning...I'm building up a tolerance. And I realize I have to start cutting back, which I do...which results in depression and restless legs when trying to sleep. So after a break of 1-2 weeks, then I go back to taking it every day again, and I'm back on the roller coaster. So yeah, this kind of sucks...maybe I could prevent this if I only took it every other day, but I find it hard to do that since it helps me so much. It's frustrating to read how people here take it every day for 6 months straight, then can take a tolerance break for a week with no ill effects, etc. Obviously, I am much more sensitive to its effects...
I do have agmatine sulfate, although I haven't been using it. I wonder if that would help in some way. Any suggestions are appreciated. It's nice to feel better, but it really sucks coming back down over and over...
