Grandmother cant throw out cousin.

I moved in with my grandmother to help her with her bills. My cousin showed up at the house (drug addict) Hes been here a week. My grandmother called the police to have him removed. They said she had to go get him evicted.

State: Georgia.

Eviction process is 150 dollars to file the paper. My grandmother doesn't have that type of money im happy to help but looking for other options.
