FaFsa question

I am basically all done with applying but the financial aid folks sent me an email saying that I selected an option stating that I amended my taxes and they need a 1040x. Problem is I know for a fact that I didn't and I can't seem to find the question they are referring to about the amendment anywhere on my fafsa so that I can change and re submit it. Anyone have any guidance on where it would be? Thanks!
