My humble suggestion to fix CAS in Ground RB - remove instructor and mouse aim

Mouse aim is what allows people to have pinpoint accuracy in planes. Having this removed makes much more sense than a weird RNG system for HVAR scattering.

Instructor should also go away so people take a lot more time turning around for another pass (except if they want to find themselves in a flat spin), and take a lot more risk having their wings snapped off.

These changes would also give some incentive for players looking for something with a difficulty level between current RB and SB.
