Will you help me please?

People won't just listen, shut their mouth and feel the pain of another person so they just throw a bunch of hot air at me. I see a therapist weekly, I'm in two twelve step groups going to two meetings a day, my medication is regulated perfectly. I've been in clinical recovery for 5 years. I DON'T want ANYONE to SUGGEST anything to me. I don't even really want to see if anyone has commented anything. The little karma button thing that reddit has is enough. More than enough even. Seeing how many people have read and gave the karma point is awesome. But NAW means NAW. I'm alive today and thankful but just barely. I need all of the help I can get in the support area, not the criticism area. I know what my recovery program looks like and how to carry it out. I'm just fucking sensitive and my addict is looking for any excuse to give up if something goes wrong. That's what happened to me today. Please just hit the up arrow thing and go on with your day. You'll have helped me IMMENSELY. Just to reiterate, NAW means "no advice wanted". Love you all, and thanks reddit
