Involentary eye movement
Hey, so about 3 years ago I had a few months in which I took probably more drugs than I should have. I'm talking every weekend- MDMA(probably fake), E, some fake lsd. I ended up with a full year of Severe health anxiety, almost daily panic attacks, and LOTS of weird and scary phisycal symptoms like tics/twiches/jerks specialy in the head/eyes area. Had lots of other symptoms but they aren't related to this story. So almost all of the symptoms went away along with the panic attacks. I'm still sometimes worried about my health because some of the symptoms are still there. I still have eyeball jerks in both eyes and sometimes its hard to focus on something like someones eyes or some text(book or screen). Something feels very wrong. It's also hard to focus on a sound for too long or on anything actualy. It's like my brain wont let me. Also, sometimes(aspecialy when I smoke weed or drink san pedro) there's a feeling of irritation/grating inside my head/body..it's hard to explain it. I'm afraid i've damaged my brain irreversibly forever. I also know that what you think- becomes and that's why it scares me even more. I'm scared to go to a neorologist, or to do a ct scan because it's radiation. Have anyone of you have or had these symptoms after drug use and did it went away? If so after how long? It seems to me that 3 years is enough to heal it and i'm scared that it'll stay like this for good.
I've tried looking it up online but it's like no one has it but me.
P.s I have a great and normal life. Happy most of the time. This issue worries me very saldom..but still wanted to address it. P.s2 no one notices these symptoms but me. From the outside I look perfectly normal and healty.
*Sorry for the typos if there are any...english is not my first language
