The cersei "leak" is probably true

Seeing in the promo that cersei and Jamie get it on, seems that the leak about cersei miscarrying is probably true

Hope it gets delivered in a good way - dunno how I feel about her having a random pregnancy, just seems a bit forced

I hope that the course of the series will express it better than it seems. Anyone else just think it's unnecessary?
