Was just told I have gallstones. What should I and should I not do?
(M30, active but could lose a few pounds) Have been having discomfort on my right upper abdomen in a pointed spot so I went to get checked out. After tests, blood tests, and a CT scan they called and said I have a gallstone. They explained a lot of stuff super fast and I'm not sure what any of it meant but from what I can tell it could require surgery? I'm just wondering if I could get some advice on what I should or should not do and if it's something that I could eventually move on from. Thanks for your time
