I keep coming up with excuses of why it's fine to pmo for the time being.
I really want to change. I hate having thoughts about being single and alone, about not being able to have someone with me to spend time with and make a lasting relationship. It feels the worst when I see other people out in public doing just that. But its really hard. I was on a 20 day streak but the last 3 days have been a waste. After the first break I lost my motivation and keep coming up with excuses as to why it's ok the keep living the same lifestyle. I want to start again but based on my current circumstance it's very difficult.
I'm in the most mentally demanding military technical school and it's only going to last a couple more months which leads to one of the excuses I keep telling myself. "It's only going to be two more months, after that when you're less stressed you can really do nofap", as if doing nofap will give me more stress than I'm already going through and hurt me at the moment. I figure once I get deployed on my first ship that will be an easy way to really start a good streak without thinking about it, being out to sea for such a long time. But then I think the right thing to do would be to just start now. I'm just worried the stress of resisting pmo will compound with the stress of work and become unbearable. Will nofap worsen these crucial final months of training?
