EXTREME RAM USAGE

Hello,some months ago i was playing rust with no problem in high but now i have 95-99% ram usage and i cant play when some months ago i repeat i could play,its very rare becouse on low i have the same problem and this happens to some peaple only

i5 3330 MSI gtx 750Ti 8GB ram 1TB HDD etc etc etc --------------EDIT: i suspect about skins (and i have shit internet and i need to remove skins,i need help with this too)
