[Help] Stray/lost dogs love my patio

Somehow I've gotten on some list for stray/lost dogs... and even cats. They just show up here. I have horrible allergies so I can't let them in. Instead I give them water and leftovers out of my fridge (this is probably what got me on their list). Reminds me of how hobos used to mark friendly houses. 1st, what is the responsible thing for me to do? I post on local fb sites and paw-something or other I can't remember. Then I call the dog warden which makes me feel horrible! As dog owners what would you want me to do for your lost pet? 2nd, now that the word's out in their stray puppy world about my patio, grilled chicken, tacos, etc. how do I get off this list of places for stray/lost dogs?
