Android, Pebble Time no longer discoverable by any device.

I've had my Time since late summer of 2015. I've had repeated problems with Bluetooth disconnecting, having to forget on both my Nexus 6 and my Pebble, even had to factory reset it once. This last time seems to have killed it, it wasn't connecting or showing up on available devices after the battery died, so I forgot on both devices, no luck, did a factory reset, no luck and it's stuck on the get Pebble screen. I assumed it was my phone and cleared the Bluetooth share cache on my phone, still no luck. Let it run down, then connected it to a charger again. Still not showing as an available device, so I used my PCs Bluetooth to look for it... Not showing up. Any ideas, or has my watch finally given up the ghost after 3 years?
