TIL Gael Rejuvenates In Phase 2.

I've been studying the models of Gael's phase 1 and 2, and I noticed some fantastic details. His armor and sword are extremely broken down, bent and rusty in phase 1. Then, when it shifts into phase 2, his cloth goes crimson red, his armor reverts to a beautifully un-rusted color and gets back in shape once again, and his sword reforms, and while still snapped, goes back to a straighter shape and glows red once again. This got me thinking, can the Dark Soul... Heal people?
