[3oT] (veteran) early game slow due to stamina?

So I like planting a lot of crops and watering then twice a day, but stamina is low and I'm out of that bread you start with. Any tips on getting more stamina or am I just gunna have to sleep the rest of the day away?

resolved: Everyone thank you for the tips! gave me a lot of insight, i found fogu and thonky to be a little messy and already found some inconsistencies. appreciate the help
