Salmon Run Ability Ticket Rewards

Has anyone figured out what the second type of tickets are for yet? I earned some tickets in Salmon Run that had pictures of different stat bonuses on them (i.e. Ink Saver/Recover among others) but I can't find these tickets in any inventory screen, and none of the vendors seem to mention them.

I'm not talking about the food tickets, those were explained, but there's not even a text box to describe what these Ability Tickets do. They aren't included in my inventory of ability chunks either. Any ideas?
