Best Rad for low RPM fans?

I am getting an SMA8 case and am going overboard with the radiators, 2x560 and 1x280 rad. My main concern is having the case as silent as possible so all my fans will be silent wings 3 high speed pwm. I was looking at the eLoop from noiseblocker which is more silent and move more CFM on paper, but I’ve heard many people complain about a droning noise when there is a mesh/grille in front of them. The noctua industrial 140mm 2000rpm pwm seem like a good choice as well, but they are louder than the silent wings at the same speed (With the rad space I have and low speed oriented ones I am going to get, the silent wings should be more efficient in the noise/cooling ratio)

My question now, is which rads should I get? I have two in mind, HWL GTX or the HWL SR2 both seem to be similar in performance and are meant for “sub 800rpm ultra stealth fans”, the SR2 is 9 FPI (as opposed to the 16FPI or the GTX) so I think it’ll work better with the silent wings running their minimum speed. Any thoughts?
