How can you finesse piritpower shipping costs when using taobao direct?

So I am about to buy a very big haul of clothing from piritpower, however whilst i was browsing reddit for some reviews, i noticed that everyone is complaining about the shipping costs of pirit and how it is set to 200 yaun, however the usual fix is to contact your agent and to get them to contact pirit to get it reduced to 20 yaun, how can i do this if i am using taobao direct?

i have never used and agent and dont know how, hence the reason why i'm using direct.
