Anyone know if there are any deathmatch servers or something?

I wanna be able to practice shooting. I'm ultimate noob, have 25 hours and literally 8 kills (in all solo, duo, squad put together).

I either 1. miss shots and die or 2. dont get loot and die or 3. just get shot from behind when running to zone.

Mostly option 1

I wanna be able to practice my shooting, are there any servers where you can like respawn with gear all the time (but everyone respawns)? Similar to King of the Hill in ArmA 3 or a simple team death match in other games..

Was wondering if anyone knew of a custom server like this. Would be cool to see it in the game but I doubt that the devs would do this.
