[TOMT][video] Documentary about water monetisation with a catchy tune

Basically the protagonist is a granny that has trouble with her crops due to drought caused by the water being in shortage and in control of a private company. So she goes on a journey to fix the issue whilst singing a folk tune that gets livelier as the video progresses. I watched this video at school as part of a lesson on how valuable water is, it has been 3 years since then and all I can sum up is: water, documentary, cartoon, a catchy tune, a grandma as the protagonist, takes place in south or central america. And if I remember correctly granny turns into a water deity in the end, to whom the song might be dedicated so as to call for rain.
