Duskblade first item on Yorick

With Duskblade being over tuned has anyone tried it out as an early first item? I thought about the build while reading up on Garen. Both champs kind of deal with the same problems so I figured I would try some build ideas, mainly the three damage items into tank. There are some major issues as Yorick doesn't have the same innate tank stats that Garen comes with, but it was fun.

However what I found was that many garenmains we're building Duskblade first for early trades. I gave it a try and it is incredibly powerful. So I tried out first item sheen into Duskblade and it seemed to give your q an incredibly amped up first hit. What are your thoughts? Is the loss of Triforce until second item worth the early trade benefits does the lack of health hurt?
