I'm in the market for a new rig, what are the most reputable online vendors right now?
My current setup is an Aspire Triton II on a iTaste MVP 3 PRO. It worked so well for me for nearly two years, until the battery life dropped off, the charging port got nearly unusable, and the glass tank broke. Its time.
So I'm looking for a new subohm rig. A tank with 3-5 mL capacity, well built, and replaceable atomizers (I do not build my own coils, no real desire to). I don't care about cloud size, I'm a flavor chaser. I wouldn't even mind staying around 20 watts instead of shooting up to 75+. Points to atties that have the best flavor and don't cook the juice or have it turn sour/weird after a few days of using the same coil. I don't need problems like leaks or something that isn't durable. Aesthetics and size are down on the list, but not unimportant. Reliability and flavor are my king and queen.
I'm very tempted to go with Aspire's brand new Speeder mod kit with the Athos atomizer. I trust the company, and it seems to be a very ergonomic and well-built mod. The kit is one of the most compact dual 18650 setups I've ever seen. The atomizer itself appears to be the next installment in their all-star lineup, I'd really love to try the smaller (triple) atomizer. The thing is, its brand spanking new and there aren't that many reviews out yet. I've also never used one of their mods, but there is a deal for getting the kit, so I'm open to the idea.
I'll probably go with four Q30s or four VT6s, but I'm not married to either just yet. Quality batteries that can handle at least 15 amps, with good charge capacity as well. Safe batteries. I'll be getting them from IMRBatteries, unless there's another site that is significantly better.
On top of the gear vendor recommendation, I'm looking for a devil's advocate to shoot down my hype of the Speeder mod. Please advise me on my opportunity cost: a mod/atty that needs my attention, something I can't afford to miss out on, something else I should strongly consider. I'd rather not pay more than $150 for atomizer, mod, and batteries. I don't really need temperature control.
Thank you, my good e-cig compatriots.
