We only ever saw Neo remove two plugs while in his pod (throat and arm I.V.) - when he was "flushed" did his colostomy tube and Catheter get forcibly ripped out?
or maybe they unplugged automatically like the other plugs and Morpheus and the gang had to remove the residual butt/peepee plugs surgically?
