A website for patterns based on what I have?

Hi guys! I'm getting back into knitting and have tons of needles and yarn, but I find it hard to find patterns to match what types of needles/yarn I have. I would love to finish off what I currently have before buying more, so I was wondering if there's a website or something that you can search by your yarn or needles to find good patterns. Please and thanks!
